Creating blueprints?

Looking for someplace I can either create blueprints out of generic pieces, or perhaps anyone who would be willing to draw up some blueprints just for the simple fact of a testing. Wanting to sort of make a 3d model thats a bit new then the other stuff I have been doing so far.

If anyone is interested or has some ideas drop me a message here or send me a note :)
